Join us for a series of webinars about Pratham’s Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL), a methodology that has been shown, through rigorous evaluations, to consistently improve basic reading and numeracy skills. Each webinar will feature presentations by Pratham, J-PAL, and a number of our partner organisations and will give you the opportunity to ask questions.

Session 6: Maintaining Quality at Scale

On 27 February 2019, Pratham and J-PAL hosted the sixth in a series of webinars about Pratham’s Teaching at the Right Level approach. This session focused on maintaining quality at scale. Rukmini Banerji (CEO, Pratham) discussed Pratham’s journey to scale. Ben Simuyandi (Policy Manager, J-PAL Africa/IPA Zambia) presented on the process of scaling the Catch Up programme from 80 to 1100 schools in Zambia. Ben Piper (Senior Director, RTI International) shared RTI’s experience of scaling up education programmes across Africa.
