Alain Serge Kouame is a Measurement, Learning, and Evaluation Associate at TaRL Africa in Côte d’Ivoire. In this role, he works with the Ministry of Education and Literacy (MENA) officials in Cote d’Ivoire to build their capacities in understanding and using data to improve children’s learning outcomes for the country’s Primary schools.
